The Author

Bringing their own experiences as a marginalized author to the page with flawed and genuine characters, O.E. Tearmann’s work has been described as “Firefly for the dystopian genre.”

In their writing, they go at the evils of our time head on and figure out, along with their characters and their readers, a roadmap into a future worth living in.  Their work revolves around themes of solidarity, scrappy resolve, and a DIY punk ethos:

see a problem? Try to fix it.

Screw it up? Fine. Try again.

Tearmann lives in Colorado with their cat, their partner, and the belief that individuals can make humanity better through small actions.
